Work out is the best activities in the day when you want to keep yourself healthy, but it sometimes can cause injury or disappointment when you don’t get the result as you want.
Work out hard or extreme training is good when you do it in order; you must always do stretching in every beginning of your exercise, make sure every part of your body is warmed up before work out; move in multiple directions and jump on bend knees will help you avoid accident. To save time on your work out, after stretching, try to do full sprint for about 2 minutes and slow jog for about 1 minutes repeat 2 times, and this method will allow you to train your lower part of the body and good cardiovascular exercise as this is not forcing your heart to pump excessively.
Whenever you do work out with equipment, always prepared with the right gear, and learn the good technique before you use the particular equipment, bad technique is as bad as bad equipment. Comfortable shoes and hand gloves is a recommended when you do exercise.
In your working out plan, it is better to record your development each day, you can put it on a chart or even filming you’re working out, so you can analyze the progress you have made.
