Workout plan

Work out is the best activities in the day when you want to keep yourself healthy, but it sometimes can cause injury or disappointment when you don’t get the result as you want.

Work out hard or extreme training is good when you do it in order; you must always do stretching in every beginning of your exercise, make sure every part of your body is warmed up before work out; move in multiple directions and jump on bend knees  will help you avoid accident. To save time on your work out, after stretching, try to do full sprint for about 2 minutes and slow jog for about 1 minutes repeat 2 times, and this method will allow you to train your lower part of the body and good cardiovascular exercise as this is not forcing your heart to pump excessively.

Whenever you do work out with equipment, always prepared with the right gear, and learn the good technique before you use the particular equipment, bad technique is as bad as bad equipment. Comfortable shoes and hand gloves is a recommended when you do exercise.

In your working out plan, it is better to record your development each day, you can put it on a chart or even filming you’re working out, so you can analyze the progress you have made.

Resting after exercise to gain bigger muscle

muscle soreEvery development in any muscle is caused from stressing and recovering. It happen after you had hard exercise, you feel your muscle is burning, but the next day the muscles is sore because they are damaged and need sometimes for recovery. After exercise you won’t feel soreness right away, it takes up to six hours or more, some case you feel the next day after full night rest. This symptom is called Delayed onset muscle soreness. Every time completing exercise, your muscle get damaged then it will release growth tissue to heal it, that’s when you feel soreness, during this period you need to rest until the pain is disappear , it will allow the muscle fibers to become bigger and increase in number by splitting to forming a new fibers. If you start exercise again before the soreness gone, the muscle fibers will worn out causing injure and the muscles will weaken. To avoid injure and muscle damaged, make sure you do warming up and stretching before exercising, give enough time for body and the muscles to rest before you start a new session, gently massage will help reducing pain during recovery.  It will make your body stay in shape and always fresh, it is okay to do extreme exercise as long as you do it in proper way.

Regardless what you try at home or in the gym, when it comes to lose those extra fat in the belly, it always seem does not go away, most of thoabsse people lose their patience or give up on working out all together or they try what so called sensation products that guarantee result just in overnight, all of which are proven to be ineffective.

Often people are spending too much time by doing crunches, sit ups in their regular workout, but they forget to combine some specific move that able to stimulate the metabolism in order the body will burn fats more effective. Other reason people don’t reach their target because they take hours of boring kinds of cardiovascular exercise without increasing the metabolic rate resulting less of fat are burned. The fatal mistake is to take low carbohydrate or fat diet that sometimes restricted you in taking any necessary nutrient which some case lead you in the hospital, most important is to choose the right healthy eating habit that allow you to enjoying the life without suffering from strict diet that are not fit for you.
